Cancellation Policy
- A 20% deposit will be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
- 3 hours' notice is required for rescheduling.
- No call/no-show appointments will result in a lost appointment, and after 2 occurrences, you will not be able to book with me again.
- No guests, children, or pets are allowed during appointments.
- Package expiration: Packages of 3 sessions expire in 30 days, and packages of 6 sessions expire in 60 days, with no refunds.
- I will take 30% of total for no shows.
